Craig Parry has over 20 years in the resources sector, and is a co-founder and Partner of Inventa Capital, a private natural resource investment company. In addition to being a Partner of Inventa Capital, Craig is the Chairman of Vizsla Silver, Skeena Resources, and is a General Partner of EMR Capital and a former senior advisor to the fund.

Prior to Inventa Capital, Craig was a co-founder and founding director of NexGen Energy and was co-founder of IsoEnergy as its President, CEO and Director until 2021. He was a co-founder of the Tigers Realm Group and was appointed to the Boards of Tigers Realm Minerals and Tigers Realm Metals in 2011 and appointed CEO of Tigers Realm Coal in 2012. Craig, as an exploration and business development geologist, was responsible for the business development activities of the Tigers Realm Group since inception in 2008.

Prior to joining Tigers Realm, Craig was the Business Development Manager for G-Resources Limited responsible for mergers and acquisitions and Principal Geologist - New Business at Oxiana Limited responsible for strategy and business development initiatives in bulk and energy commodities. At Rio Tinto, Craig led exploration programs for iron ore, copper, diamonds, coal and bauxite in Australia, Asia and South America and was Principal Geologist for the Kintyre Uranium project pre-feasibility study. Craig holds an Honours Degree in Geology and is a Member of the AusIMM.

Mr. Sorba holds the role of Vice President Technical Services & Project Evaluation for Denison Mines Corp and is a Professional Geologist (P. Geo) with nearly two decades of experience in Canadian and international uranium exploration, evaluation, and development. During his tenure at Denison, Mr. Sorba has led numerous projects, including Denison’s flagship Wheeler River project, from discovery through to various levels of technical assessments, and has evaluated numerous uranium projects for their economic potential, supporting several of Denison’s past asset acquisitions. Mr. Sorba is a key technical leader of the Denison team that is pioneering the use of the ISR mining method at certain high-grade uranium deposits in Saskatchewan, including the design and implementation of a first-of-its-kind ISR feasibility field test, which was successfully completed at Denison’s Phoenix deposit. Mr. Sorba was a critical member of the discovery team for both of Denison’s Phoenix and Gryphon uranium deposits and brings a wealth of Athabasca-focused expertise in uranium exploration to Cosa’s technical team.

Mr. Cates is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds Master of Accounting (MAcc) and Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Cates has extensive expertise in the Canadian and international uranium mining industry from nearly two decades of senior management and financial experience in various roles with Denison. Mr. Cates was appointed President & CEO of Denison in 2015, having previously served as the company's Vice President, Finance & Tax and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Denison in 2008, Mr. Cates held positions at Kinross Gold Corp. and PwC LLP.

Leading Denison through the innovative deployment of the ISR mining method at its flagship Wheeler River project, as well as project permitting and finance efforts, Mr. Cates’ experience is unparalleled. As an Advisor to Cosa, Mr. Cates offers invaluable insight into the mine development process, community relations efforts, corporate strategy and finance, as well as the overall uranium market.

Mr. Bodnarchuk is a Professional Geologist with a master’s degree in Business Administration. With over 15 years of experience in exploration/mining and capital markets, he most recently led strategy and corporate development for IsoEnergy in Vancouver, BC. Prior to this, he served as Project Geologist at Denison Mines, with a focus on North American and African projects.

Chief Financial Officer

Darren Morgans, a Canadian CPA and Australian CA, has been a practicing finance professional since 1995 and has worked with Canadian and Australian publicly listed resource companies for 30 years. Mr. Morgans is also currently CFO of Western Alaska Minerals, a silver explorer in Alaska. Previously, Mr. Morgans had a five-year stint with Velocity Minerals as CFO, and a two-year engagement with Volta Metals as CFO. Prior to his fractional CFO roles Mr. Morgans was the CFO of Perpetua Resources Corp. (formerly Midas Gold Corp.). At Perpetua he assisted with its IPO in 2011 and subsequently raised over $C200 million in equity, convertible debt and royalty financings, to advance the Stibnite Gold Project from a small resource to a Feasibility Study with almost 5 million oz in reserves. Prior to joining Perpetua in 2011, he was the Controller and Secretary for Terrane Metals Corp. prior to its acquisition by Thompson Creek Metals. He has also worked for Placer Dome Inc. and Mount Isa Mines. Mr. Morgans began his career with PwC after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.

Vice President of Exploration

Andy Carmichael is a Professional Geoscientist with 19+ years in mineral exploration, of which 17+ have focused on exploring for uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin, Hornby Bay Basin, Colorado Plateau, and Namibia. Most recently Andy served as Vice President of Exploration at IsoEnergy Ltd. (TSXV: ISO) where he was also a member of the team that discovered the Hurricane deposit, currently the world's highest-grade Indicated Mineral Resource for uranium. Previously, Andy worked at the Triple R, Phoenix, Gryphon, and J-Zone deposits. Together with Craig Parry, Steve Blower, and Justin Rodko, Andy was awarded the AME 2022 Colin Spence Award for excellence in global mineral exploration for the discovery of Hurricane. Andy is a P.Geo and holds a B.Sc. with Honours in Geology from Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

VP Corporate Development

Justin Rodko is a Professional Geoscientist with nearly a decade of uranium exploration experience in Saskatchewan and Nunavut. Justin is an original member of the IsoEnergy exploration team where he most recently held the role of Senior Geologist. For his role in the Hurricane discovery, he was co-recipient of the AME 2022 Colin Spence Award for excellence in global mineral exploration, along side Cosa team members Craig Parry, Steve Blower, and Andy Carmichael. Justin has previously worked at Orano’s (Areva) Kiggavik project in Nunavut as well as the Waterbury Cigar and Waterbury UEM projects, and at NexGen’s Arrow deposit in the Athabasca Basin.
